Job description for Desainer Grafis & Brand at Mandreel
As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency and quality in our already established brand identity across all our various touchpoints and channels. You will also work with our Senior Management team to ‘bring-to-life’ our brand strategy, turning it into compelling visual contents to showcase the unique offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative assets including logos, products, layouts, advertisements, and other digital content including social media.
- Understand and interpret our strategic direction into high-quality designs while maintaining our brand identity. In performing this role, you will also need to ensure brand consistency across all design collaterals.
- Partner with and collaborate with other departments to formulate campaigns that promote our Resort’s unique offerings. Where needed, you may have to coordinate with external partners and vendors to oversee elements of the production work.
- Contribute innovative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in design and hospitality trends into our visual communication strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
