Job description for Deputy Furnace Supervisor at Independent Recruitment
Requirement:
- Minimum : High Senior School
- Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial furnace operations; nickel smelting experience is preferred.
- Experience leading operators or acting as a shift leader is an advantage.
- Familiarity with furnace operating procedures, process monitoring, equipment safety, and production reporting.
- Able to work under pressure and respond appropriately to operational problems.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifts at the plant.
