Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School.
- Experienced in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in furnace operations, preferably in nickel smelting or ferronickel production.
- Experience supervising production teams and coordinating furnace operational activities.
- Strong understanding of electric furnace processes, power consumption, process control, and operational safety.
- Experience in production analysis, troubleshooting, and KPI management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Willing to work in a shift-based or industrial plant environment as required.
