SmileWorks Dental Clinic is seeking Outstanding Dentists to join our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. We are looking for General Dentists, Endodontists, Pedodontists, and Orthodontists who not only possess excellent clinical expertise but are also able to build strong, long-term relationships with patients and actively contribute to the growth of the clinic.
As part of the SmileWorks team, you will work in a modern, premium, and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology, and supported by an experienced nursing and administrative team.

- General Dentist (Dokter Gigi Umum)
- Endodontist (Spesialis Konservasi Gigi)
- Pedodontist (Spesialis Dokter Gigi Anak)
- Orthodontist (Spesialis Ortodonti)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Deliver patient-centered care with excellent communication and service quality.
- Build strong patient relationships and encourage patient loyalty.
- Contribute to patient acquisition through personal networks, professional reputation, or outstanding service.
- Collaborate with fellow dentists, nurses, and clinic management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Continuously improve clinical skills and stay updated with the latest dental advancements.
Required Qualifications
General Dentist:
- Preferably minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Specialists (Endodontist, Periodontist, Orthodontist):
- Relevant specialist qualification and clinical experience in the respective field.
- Valid Dental License (STR) and Practice Permit (SIP).
- Strong patient-oriented mindset with high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to attract and retain patients through service excellence and/or professional network.
- Highly proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a competitive and innovative environment.
- Willingness to work minimum 3–4 days per week, mainly afternoon to evening shifts, including possible weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
Additional Skills (Strong Advantage)
- Restorative and aesthetic dentistry (for General Dentists).
- Advanced clinical expertise in specialty-related procedures.
- Experience handling premium or high-end patients.
