Role Description
On behalf of our client in Dental Company, this is a contract, on-site Dental Clinic Manager role based in Jakarta Selatan. This role will lead and develop the clinical and administrative team, including dentists, dental nurses, and staff, through regular performance evaluations and training. Related to the service, this role will also ensure high service quality, hygiene, and full compliance with health, safety, and infection control regulations. Furthermore, the Dental Clinic Manager will manage clinic finances while building strong patient relationships through excellent service, and identify process improvements to raise productivity and patient satisfaction, and reports performance results to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS/drg.), with experience as a practicing dentist and in managing dental clinic operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a dental clinic or similar healthcare facility.
- Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, including clinical procedures, patient management, and health standards.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, practice licensing, and dental industry compliance in Indonesia.
- Proficiency with clinic management systems and healthcare administration software.
- Willingness to work flexibly according to clinic operational needs.
