As a Demi Chef within our Culinary Apprentice program, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen brigade by assisting with food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the daily operations of our culinary department. Your responsibilities will include helping senior chefs with mise en place, ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients, and participating in the execution of dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. We welcome candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in a culinary or hospitality setting.
