Skavana Consumer Partner is looking for a passionate and experienced Demi Chef to join our growing F&B team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in restaurant or F&B industry.
- Familiar with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Understand food safety, hygiene standards, and proper food handling.
- Able to maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Familiar with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and minimizing food waste.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily food preparation and kitchen production.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food waste.
- Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.
