Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pastry or a similar position.
- Experience in F&B, hotel, restaurant, bakery, or pastry is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic pastry, bakery, and dessert techniques.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
