Job description for Demi chef Kitchen at PT Hidangan Cerita Rasa

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di dapur profesional
Pernah bekerja sebagai Commis Chef / Cook
Menguasai basic cooking technique (cutting, sauce, cooking method)
Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan di bawah tekanan
Disiplin dan punya attitude kerja yang baik
Paham standar kebersihan & sanitasi dapur
Bisa bekerja dalam tim

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Membantu Chef dalam operasional kitchen
Menyiapkan bahan (prep) sebelum service
Memasak sesuai SOP dan arahan atasan
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja
Memastikan kualitas dan konsistensi makanan
Mengatur stok harian di section masing-masing
Membantu training Commis (jika diperlukan)
