About Us:
We are opening a café in partnership with an NGO dedicated to supporting underprivileged women and children. Our mission is to serve high-quality food while making a positive social impact. We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi CDP to be part of our pre-opening team and help lead the kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain high culinary standards in food production and presentation.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
- Take leadership responsibility when the Sous Chef is absent, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Requirements:
- English professional proficiency.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for quality ingredients and creative cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
