Job description for Delivery Control Officer (DCO) at PT Lintas Media Danawa
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications delivery, project control, service provisioning, or operational monitoring.
3. Good understanding of enterprise connectivity services, including Internet, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, and leased line.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting, and delivery performance monitoring.
5. Able to monitor delivery timelines, SLA achievement, RFS targets, backlog, and administrative readiness.
6. Strong coordination, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
7. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor end-to-end delivery performance, maintain accurate order status, identify delivery risks, coordinate issue resolution, prepare management reports, control backlog and aging, and ensure delivery documentation is ready for service handover and subsequent billing processes.
