Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Mampu melakukan blasting informasi melalui WhatsApp dan media sosial secara efektif.
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, ramah, dan responsif.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Memiliki pengalaman di industri maklon atau terbiasa menangani komunikasi B2B menjadi nilai tambah.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Melayani dan merespons pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp.
Melakukan follow-up calon pelanggan serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
Membantu promosi produk/jasa melalui media sosial dan WhatsApp.
