We’re seeking Data Science Instructors to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll help students acquire industry-ready skills in R, Python, and SQL, contribute to innovative educational content, and support learners as they navigate their data science journey. The Role

• Course Management: Oversee and maintain Algoritma’s Class Management System, ensuring assignment grading meets SLA standards.
• Syllabus and Curriculum Development: Design, update, and refine syllabi and curricula to align with industry standards, ensuring relevance for both beginners and intermediate learners.
• Class Delivery: Lead engaging and interactive classes, workshops, and bootcamps, using a hands-on, learn-by-building methodology.
• Student Support: Provide mentorship and answer technical data science-related questions through online support, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Workshop Support: Manage logistics, track attendance, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful workshop execution.
• Content Development: Create and enhance educational materials for students, alumni, and corporate clients, ensuring high-quality and practical resources.
• Pedagogical Excellence: Contribute to the development of tools and strategies to improve teaching effectiveness and the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python; experience with statistical tools, computational programming, or database management is a plus.
• Data Expertise: Demonstrated enthusiasm for mastering full-stack data science practices, including data analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
• Passion for Learning: Strong interest in data analytics and a commitment to continuous growth in the field.
• Communication Skills: Ability to mentor and guide students effectively, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
