Job description for Data Operations at Optimus Consulting (PT Diva Sukses Mulia)
Optimus Consulting is currently looking Data Operations candidate for one of our clients, a leading state-owned enterprise subsidiary in the insurance industry.
📌 What You'll Do:
• Administer databases (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL): tuning, backup/restore, replication, monitoring
• Manage Linux based infrastructure, basic networking, storage, and monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana/Prometheus)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible)
• Handle job scheduling/orchestration (Airflow, cron) for batch jobs and closing processes
• Write automation and troubleshooting scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
📌 What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Operations, Database Administration, or Infrastructure/DevOps
• Hands on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Familiar with Linux administration and monitoring tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools and job scheduling/orchestration
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong troubleshooting skills, able to work under closing deadlines
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
