WE ARE HIRING: Data Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our AI data collection and processing projects. This is a full-time, on-site position for individuals who enjoy working with data, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Work Type: On-Site
Employment: PKWTT (Full-Time)
Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 10,000,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data quality checks (QA) and validation of collected datasets
• Organize, format, and prepare data according to project requirements
• Manage data transmission and ensure secure delivery of project files
• Monitor data quality and maintain documentation accuracy
• Generate operational reports and track project progress
• Collaborate with project, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to data processing workflows
• Occasionally visit collection sites to support operators and ensure operational standards are met
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination, data processing, outsourcing management, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
Experience in AI data projects, data annotation, or data collection operations
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes
Familiarity with SOP creation and workflow improvement
Understanding of computer vision, AI workflows, or data processing pipelines
