Job description for Data Migration Team Lead at Ikonsultan Inovatama
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience: Min. 10+ years in data migration, including 3+ full-cycle ERP/HRIS implementations, with a lead or coordination role (multi-entity / phased rollout a strong advantage)
- Technical: Advanced Excel and SQL essential; strong hands-on with ETL/data-quality tools; able to design mapping workbooks, transformation logic, and reconciliation frameworks for large datasets
- Domain (preferred): Solid knowledge of HR & Finance master and transaction data (e.g. employee, organization, position, compensation, payroll for HR; GL accounts, cost/profit centres, vendors, customers, fixed assets, open items, bank master for Finance); prior SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors data migration strongly preferred
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead migration teams, coordinate cross-workstream (HR–Finance) and multi tranche delivery, and manage stakeholders through to sign-off
- Delivery: Structured and accuracy-driven; experienced in mock runs, cutover management, defect triage, data governance, and clear documentation discipline
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define & own the end-to-end data migration strategy, approach, and plan across HR & Finance areas — covering extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, validation, reconciliation, and cutover, per entity and tranche,
- Design migration templates, mapping standards, and transformation rules (formats, mandatory fields, code values); establish data-quality and acceptance criteria
- Lead and coordinate the Data Support Members across HR & Finance areas — assign tasks, track progress, and review the quality of their extraction, mapping, and cleansing deliverables
- Set data cleansing & governance standards — oversee de-duplication, standardization, and master-data correction; drive resolution of gaps, invalid, or incomplete records with the business
- Own the validation & reconciliation framework — ensure pre- and post-load completeness, accuracy, and integrity; provide data sign-off per tranche
- Plan and lead mock migration cycles, dress rehearsals, and cutover — manage defect resolution and go/no-go data readiness
- Manage stakeholders and reporting — align with Business Analysts, business data owners, functional/config teams, and PMO on data readiness; report status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure audit-ready documentation — maintain migration strategy, mapping specs, cleansing logs, reconciliation results, and issue registers for governance and handover.
