Job description for Data Migration Analyst at MSBU
Requirement :
Experience: Min. 3+ years in data extraction, migration, and validation for enterprise/complex system implementations (experience in ERP data migration project is a plus)
Technical: Advanced Excel essential; SQL strongly preferred; able to handle large datasets and mapping workbooks. Familiarity with any ETL/data-quality tool a plus.
Domain (preferred): Familiarity with HR/ Finance master data structures (e.g. employee, organization, position, compensation, payroll for HR and GL accounts, cost/profit centres, vendors, customers, fixed assets, open items, bank master for Finance); prior SAP S4 HANA/ SuccessFactors / HRIS data migration is a strong advantage
Delivery: Detail-oriented, accuracy-driven; comfortable with mock runs, cutover cycles, and defect tracking; strong collaboration and team-players; clear documentation discipline
Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.
Jobdesk :
Support in data collection/extraction of legacy data from existing spreadsheets and/ or legacy system for the assigned HR & Finance area,
Map & load source data into system's migration templates, applying agreed transformation rules (complying to agreed formats, mandatory fields, code values),
Perform data cleansing to de-duplicate, standardize, and correct master data; flag and resolve gaps, invalid or incomplete records with the business,
Validate & reconcile pre- and post-load to ensure data completeness,accuracy, and integrity; resolve errors and gaps,
Support mock runs & cutover and clear data defects under the Data Migration Lead,
Document mappings, cleansing logs, and issue registers for audit and handover,
Work with the Business Analyst, Business data owners, and the Data Migration Lead to align on data readiness and sign-off per tranche.
