Job description for Data Entry Freelance at PT Mirael Natural Indonesia
Responsibility :
1. Inputting data accurately and timely into the Odoo system Managing and updating data such as product, stock, transaction, and customer data
2. Rechecking (data validation) to ensure there are no input errors Assisting with database-related operational administration processes
3. Processing and organizing data for ease of use by relevant teams
4. Coordinating with relevant teams (Finance, Warehouse, or Admin) if there are any data discrepancies
5. Preparing simple reports from inputted data (if necessary)
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (Administration/Accounting)
2. Experience using Odoo (ERP) is Must
3. Accustomed to large-scale data entry with a high level of accuracy
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
5. Meticulous, neat, and with a high attention to detail
6. Able to work independently and in a team
7. Committed to meeting deadlines
8. Willing to work freelance (onsite)
