Kualifikasi Data Engineer

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 - 8 tahun sebagai Data Engineer atau pada bidang yang relevan.

- Berpengalaman membangun dan mengelola data pipeline ETL/ELT dari berbagai sumber data.

- Menguasai SQL dan database relasional/non-relasional seperti PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, BigQuery, atau MongoDB.

- Berpengalaman menggunakan ETL/ELT tools seperti Airflow, dbt, atau Airbyte.

- Menguasai Python untuk data processing dan workflow automation.

- Memahami data warehouse architecture dan cloud platform seperti AWS, GCP, atau Snowflake.

- Memahami data quality, validation, monitoring, data lineage, dan pipeline performance optimization.

- Memahami API, microservices, containerization, dan Kubernetes.

- Mampu menangani structured dan unstructured data seperti JSON, PDF, text, image, video, dan chat logs.

- Menguasai version control seperti GitHub atau Azure DevOps.

- Memahami data security, access control, documentation, dan development best practices.

- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving, dan troubleshooting yang baik.
