Job Descriptions:

1. Data Member Management

Melakukan pemeliharaan, pembersihan, dan pembaruan database member secara berkala.
Memastikan akurasi data dalam sistem untuk mendukung efektivitas kampanye komunikasi kepada member.

2. Digital Performance & Analysis Support

Membantu tim dalam melakukan monitoring dan analisis performa media sosial, kampanye KOL (Key Opinion Leader), serta program affiliate.
Mengumpulkan data performa dari berbagai platform digital untuk diolah menjadi laporan yang informatif.

3. CRM Platform & Marketing Support

Membantu pengelolaan dan operasional platform CRM (Customer Relationship Management) untuk kebutuhan eksekusi kampanye marketing.
Memastikan konten atau pesan marketing terunggah dengan tepat sesuai jadwal dan target audiens di dalam sistem.

4. Reporting & Administrative Support

Menyusun laporan rutin (mingguan/bulanan) terkait performa digital marketing dan data member.
Membantu dokumentasi dan administrasi terkait alur kerja tim agar operasional berjalan dengan efisien.
