Job description for Data & AI Engineer at PT Kualitas Tekhnologi Asia

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI and LLM solutions.

• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Perform prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI performance optimization.

• Develop scalable AI workflows and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.

• Evaluate AI model performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guidelines.

• Stay up to date with the latest Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

• Familiar with Hugging Face Transformers and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT).

• Experience with vector databases and AI application development using FastAPI or Flask.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AI deployment best practices.

• Understanding of GPU sizing, AI infrastructure, cloud/on-premise deployment, and scalable AI architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Passion for learning and exploring the latest advancements in the Generative AI ecosystem.
