Job description for Data Analyst at Agile Advertising
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from digital campaigns, websites, CRM, and marketing platforms to identify actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, business metrics, and client KPIs.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support strategic decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Work closely with strategy, media buying, creative, and account teams to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize results.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to communicate insights effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Positive attitude, strong ownership, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
