- S1 Teknik Informatika/Statistik/Ilmu Komputer/Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai data analyst atau dalam peran analitik terkait.
- Kemampuan mengelola data besar dan kompleks serta mampu menghasilkan insight yang dapat ditindaklanjuti.
- Mahir menggunakan SQL untuk querying kompleks dan manipulasi data.
- Pengalaman dalam menggunakan alat visualisasi data seperti Tableau, Power BI, atau sejenisnya.
- Kemampuan dalam penggunaan spreadsheet (misalnya Excel, termasuk fungsi lanjutan seperti pivot tables, macros).
- Pemahaman yang baik tentang statistik dan penerapannya dalam analisis data.
- Kemampuan untuk menerapkan metode statistik untuk analisis prediktif dan preskriptif.
- Kemampuan untuk menyajikan temuan analisis secara jelas dan persuasif.
