Job description for Data Analyst Internship at Gold's Gym Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular and on-demand data reporting and analysis for Customer Experience (CE) Department
• Work together with Head and Deputy Head of CE, as well as other analysts and other departments to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date and aligned
• Prepare spreadsheet tracker and presentation slides for Briefing to CE Team + Presentation to Management
• Contribute to building a positive working culture of integrity, professionalism, collaboration and growth mindset
Minimum Qualifications:
• (Currently undergoing OR Have Completed) Bachelor’s Degree of any Field or Specialization
• Comfortable with using spreadsheet software / tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets) for data reporting and analysis
• Comfortable with presentation software / tools (MS Powerpoint, Google Slides)
• Willing to be place in BSD (WFO, Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM)
