Job description for Data Analis at PT Tiga Global Sejahtera
We are looking for a Data Analyst specialized in developing and managing client-facing interactive analytics dashboards. In this role, you will transform raw transaction data into actionable business insights that serve as strategic guides for clients to boost sales productivity and identify comprehensive market performance trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain interactive, client-facing BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Sales & Market Analytics: Analyze retail and sales performance metrics alongside market trends to uncover growth opportunities for clients.
- Client Insights & Recommendations: Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to clients to optimize sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Collaborate closely with the Product teams to maintain seamless data integration, accuracy, and pipeline reliability from the POS system to BI platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst (experience in POS, B2B SaaS, Retail Tech etc)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in at least one major BI tool: Power BI (DAX), Tableau, or Looker / Looker Studio.
- Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, joins, aggregations) for large-scale transactional data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and core retail/sales KPIs. - Soft Skills:
- Strong Data Storytelling skills to translate complex technical metrics into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident, client-facing demeanor.
