Data Analis

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our digital marketing team. This internship focuses on recapping and analyzing paid digital marketing campaign performance across various platforms, providing valuable insights to optimize campaigns and drive better results. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Consolidation: Gather performance data from various digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and consolidate it into a centralized database or reporting system.

- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Data Cleaning & Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and validating data from different sources. Identify and correct any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

- Report Generation: Create regular reports summarizing campaign performance, highlighting key trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Develop visualizations (charts, graphs) to effectively communicate data findings.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform future campaign optimization. Explain performance fluctuations and provide context for the data.

- Competitive Analysis (Optional): Assist in gathering and analyzing competitor data to understand their digital marketing strategies and identify opportunities for our campaigns.

- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by the digital marketing team to answer specific business questions related to campaign performance.

- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics) or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential). Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is preferred.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
