RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Menangani Ticketing Homepass tambahan
- Melakukan desktop survey
- Menangani permintaan keluhan oleh user (dalam hal revisi dan pembaruan)
- Koordinasi dengan team sales broadband
- Koordinasi dengan partner ISP
- Koordinasi dengan team FOP
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimal Pendidikan D3 Teknik Informatika/Teknik Telekomunikasi
- Usia maksimal 26 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Data Administrator minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai surveyor data Homepass
- Mampu melakukan pengolahan data (Ms. Excel)
- Memahami SQL serta dapat implementasi system ERP dengan baik
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan dapat bekerja sama secara tim
- Bersedia untuk bekerja secara shifting hari sabtu / minggu
