🎯 Tanggung Jawab
- Melatih dance, posture & performance talent.
- Membuat dan mengadaptasi koreografi group dance.
- Mengikuti tren K-Pop, Jazz, Pop Dance & Chinese Dance.
- Mengatur formasi, blocking & movement untuk kamera.
- Memimpin rehearsal dan memastikan kekompakan talent.
- Menyiapkan dance content untuk live streaming & short video.
🔥 Kualifikasi
- Menguasai minimal 1–2 jenis dance.
- Bisa cover, modify & create choreography.
- Mampu mengajar beginner maupun talent berpengalaman.
- Kreatif, komunikatif, disiplin & teamwork.
- Fresh graduate dance, dance instructor, dancer atau performer welcome!
- Pengalaman sebagai dance trainer/choreographer menjadi nilai plus.
