Job Description
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients to introduce the hotel group's properties, facilities, and services
- Promote hotel products and services, including room reservations, meeting packages, events, and other offerings
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads to support the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding room rates, promotions, packages, and corporate offers.
- Record and update client information, call activities, and follow-up progress in the CRM system or database.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservation teams to support business development activities.
- Achieve assigned daily call targets, lead generation goals, and sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, client feedback, and sales performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree from any major
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls and handling client inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
