Requirement :
- D3/S1 with IT major will be priority
- good communication skill
- good logical thinking
- good typing speed and languange
- multitasking capability
- able handling costumers complain through technical solution
- advance knowledge in operating Android and Iphone
- advance knowledge in technology and telecomunication
- fluent in English will be an advantage
- Able in shifting
Main job desk :
- doing activation modem
- as main helpdesk to handle complaints, question, give solution with technical guide and sales service
- responsible to fast respons for handling every incoming chat, email that come in
- make report and tracking costumers complaints and solutions
- checking device when already in warehouse to make a sure that problem
