Area: Aceh, Bali, Bengkulu, Cirebon, DI Yogyakarta, Garut, Gorontalo, Jambi, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Lombok, Magelang, Malang, Riau, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Selatan, Solo dan Semarang.
