Job description for Daily Worker Steward at PT. Kopi Kina Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes according to hygiene standards.
- Operate dishwashing machines (if any) and handle manual cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and storage areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper storage of cleaned items in designated areas.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries in storerooms and refrigerators.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
- Support cooks with basic tasks when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably from a relevant major.
- At least 1 year of experience in stewarding or cleaning services.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude with strong attention to detail.
