- Sanitation & Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize plates, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using manual sinks or industrial dishwashers.
- Area Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and squeegee kitchen, bar, or dining floors, and empty trash regularly.
- Stocking & Setup: Restock clean dishware, utensils, and serving stations with napkins and condiments.
- Operational Support: Assist wait staff or kitchen crew with clearing tables, moving equipment, or basic food prep.
