Job description for Daily Worker Shopkeeper Malang at Insurgent Club
What We're Looking For
- Available to work during the Ramadan and Lebaran peak season, according to one of the following periods:
- Batch 1: January 21 – March 20, 2027
- Batch 2: February 21 – March 31, 2027
- Previous experience in retail, shopkeeping, or customer service is a plus.
- Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented, with a positive attitude toward helping customers.
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Neat, presentable, and willing to learn about Insurgent Club's products.
- Available to start according to the assigned batch schedule.
- Basic English is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall store presentation.
- Support daily store operations, including stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Assist with transactions and ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Support the team in managing high customer traffic during Ramadan and Lebaran.
- Work closely with the store team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
