Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a naturally warm attitude
- Willingness to learn and strictly adhere to SOPs
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support the service team with restocking and preparation tasks
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
