Job Description
- Support daily purchasing and procurement activities
- Process Purchase Request (PR) into Purchase Order (PO)
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchasing needs
- Input and update purchasing data into the system (SAP Business One)
- Ensure completeness of purchasing documents such as PO, DO, and invoices
- Maintain organized purchasing documentation and records
- Assist inventory and stock-related administration when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related administrative roles
- Familiar with PR, PO, invoice, and vendor coordination processes
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and data
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to manage time well and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of SAP Business One or similar systems is a plus
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Placement in Bali (Able to join ASAP)
