Job description for Daily Worker Kitchen at Bali Culinary Pastry School

Tanggung Jawab:

Membantu persiapan bahan makanan (cutting, washing, portioning)
Mendukung proses memasak sesuai arahan Chef / Cook
Menjaga kebersihan area dapur dan peralatan
Memastikan standar hygiene dan food safety diterapkan
Menyimpan bahan makanan sesuai standar (FIFO)
Membantu plating dan penyajian makanan
Mendukung kelancaran operasional kitchen secara keseluruhan
Membantu menjaga kerapihan dan organisasi area kerja

Kualifikasi:

Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK (diutamakan jurusan Tata Boga)
Memiliki pengalaman di kitchen menjadi nilai tambah (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
Memahami dasar-dasar kitchen operation
Memiliki pengetahuan dasar hygiene & sanitasi
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan
Disiplin, cekatan, dan bertanggung jawab
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift / harian (Daily Worker)
