1. Persiapan Bahan (Mise en Place)

Menyiapkan bahan makanan mentah yang akan diolah.

Mencuci, mengupas, dan memotong bahan (seperti sayuran, daging, atau bumbu) sesuai instruksi chef.

Membantu menakar atau menimbang bumbu sesuai resep.

2. Penanganan Peralatan Masak

Menyiapkan dan menata peralatan masak yang akan digunakan di area strategis.

Mencuci dan membersihkan peralatan makan serta memasak yang kotor.

Menyimpan kembali peralatan dapur di tempatnya dengan rapi dan benar.
