Qualifications:

- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old

- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate (Hospitality/Tourism is preferred)

- Previous experience in hotel, villa, or hospitality industry is a plus

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to speak basic to intermediate English

- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality

- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team

- Familiar with guest handling and basic administrative tasks
