Job description for Daily Worker Finance Accounting at Bali Culinary Pastry School

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Finance/Accounting (lebih disukai).

Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan pencatatan keuangan.

Terbiasa melakukan input data keuangan secara detail dan akurat.

Teliti, jujur, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.

Mampu bekerja secara cepat dan sesuai deadline.

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem harian (Daily Worker) sesuai kebutuhan operasional.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

Membantu proses input data transaksi keuangan harian.

Melakukan pencatatan dan pengarsipan invoice, PO, dan dokumen pembayaran.

Membantu proses pengecekan dan rekonsiliasi data keuangan sederhana.

Menginput data kas masuk dan kas keluar.

Membantu pembuatan laporan keuangan harian/mingguan sesuai arahan atasan.

Melakukan pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen sebelum proses pembayaran.

Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain terkait dokumen keuangan.
