The Ants Pants Uluwatu is looking for a DW Cook to join our kitchen team!

Requirements
· Previous experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant is preferred.
· Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
· Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and instructions from the kitchen team.
· Able to work efficiently during busy service periods and handle multiple tasks as needed.
· Basic understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and proper ingredient storage.
· Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
· Willing to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.
Main Responsibilities
· Assist with food preparation and cooking according to daily operational needs.
· Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.
· Maintain consistent food quality, portions, and ticket timing during peak hours.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen tools, and equipment.
· Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to FIFO standards.
· Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
