Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai cook, khususnya di Japanese cuisine / ramen lebih diutamakan
Memahami basic preparation ramen (broth, topping, plating)
Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan konsisten dalam tekanan (rush hour)
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja sesuai standar hygiene & food safety
