🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Activity Content (Culture & Daily Operations)
Daily Documentation: Capture behind-the-scenes footage, daily work routines, office culture, and internal company events (birthdays, team huddles, briefings, etc.).
Employer Branding: Produce trending short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style) highlighting company culture, team camaraderie, and staff appreciation.
Micro-Interviews: Conduct brief, casual interviews or "vox pop" clips with staff members about their roles, work tips, or fun daily topics.
2. Learning Content (Training & Educational Material)
Material Visualization: Convert training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into bite-sized video tutorials, visual guides, or infographics (micro-learning).
Educational Video Production: Film and edit quick "How-To" videos, tips & tricks, and skill demonstrations following company standards.
Interactive Engagement: Create daily interactive content (quizzes, polls, or Q&A clips) based on learning materials to keep staff engaged and reinforce key training points.
3. Content Production & Editing
Shooting & Capturing: Shoot high-quality photos and video clips using smartphones or digital cameras.
Quick Video Editing: Edit short videos (15–60 seconds) with captions, text overlays, trending music, and dynamic cuts.
Asset Management: Organize and back up daily raw footage and edited media into the company's shared drive.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School Diploma / University Student / Fresh Graduate (Prior experience managing social media or creating short-form video content is a plus).
Core Skills:
Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.).
Well-versed in short-form video trends across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Extroverted, confident, and approachable when interacting with staff on-site.
