Job description for Daily Worker - Commis / Cook at Mitte

Membantu Chef de Partie dan tim kitchen dalam operasional harian dapur.
Menyiapkan bahan baku seperti cutting, portioning, marinating, dan weighing sesuai recipe dan SOP perusahaan.
Melakukan basic cooking dan preparation sesuai standar restoran
Membantu penyimpanan bahan baku, labeling, stock arrangement, dan inventory control menggunakan sistem FIFO/FEFO.
Membantu opening atau closing kitchen duties untuk memastikan operasional berjalan lancar.

Qualifications

Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Tata Boga/Kuliner.
Memahami basic food preparation dan kitchen operation.
Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan fast-paced dan bekerja sama dalam tim.
Disiplin, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemauan belajar tinggi.
Bersedia bekerja shifting, weekend, dan hari libur nasional.
