Job description for Daily Worker Bartender at Pt. Bali Safari Marine Park
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, coffee, soft drinks, and other beverages as required.
- Take and accurately process guest beverage orders.
- Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests.
- Ensure all beverages are served with proper quality, portion, temperature, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, glassware, and workstations.
- Check and maintain sufficient stock of beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies.
- Assist with inventory checking and report stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Operate and handle bar equipment properly and safely.
- Follow company standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist the team with bar setup before operation and cleaning/closing activities after operation.
- Support other Food & Beverage operations as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably from Hospitality/Food & Beverage background.
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Service is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic beverage preparation and cocktail/mocktail mixing.
- Good understanding of food and beverage hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to interact well with guests.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and professional.
- Willing to learn and follow company procedures and standards.
