Daily Worker – Barback
Location: Uluwatu, Bali
The Ants Pants Restaurant & Pool is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Daily Worker – Barback to support our bar team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist Bartenders with daily bar operations and service.
- Prepare and replenish ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Keep the bar area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
- Collect and wash glassware and bar equipment as needed.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing beverage supplies.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Follow proper hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Team player with good work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Available to work in Uluwatu.
