Cyber Security Engineer

Job Description:

• Implement, configure, and fine-tune security operation solutions and related cybersecurity solutions for client environments.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into effective security configurations and use cases.
• Integrate various tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, firewalls, and cloud security solutions to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Develop and customize detection rules, dashboards, and reports.
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting during deployment phases.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and handover materials for clients.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other related technical field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts — detection, incident response, and threat analysis.
• Experience or solid knowledge of Palo Alto Networks technologies (XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, PAN-OS, or Prisma) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, etc.) is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a project-based environment.
• For fresh graduates: a strong interest and foundational understanding of cybersecurity tools and implementation processes..).
