Job description for Cyber Security Consultant at Indonesia Global Solusindo
We are looking for a versatile Cybersecurity Consultant to support the implementation and integration of various cybersecurity solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains (network, endpoint, application, cloud security).
- Perform security assessment, hardening, and solution deployment.
- Integrate security solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
- Support troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization of deployed security systems.
- Work closely with customers to translate security requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical documentation and implementation guidance.
- Support pre-sales activities (solution design, demo, technical presentation).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity implementation or consulting.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Network Security (Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF)
- Endpoint Security / EDR
- Vulnerability Management
- Cloud Security
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and system security (Linux/Windows).
- Experience in system integration, API usage, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with security best practices and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmark).
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers and internal teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP security services).
- Knowledge of container / Kubernetes security.
- Experience in DevSecOps practices.
- Relevant security certifications.
