Job description for Customs Staff Export Import at PT UNISTAR GORGA LOGISTIK
Key Responsibilities:
Customs Compliance: Operate the CEISA 4.0 system independently to create and submit PIB, PEB, and Manifest reports.
Documentation Management: Issue and process Bill of Lading (BL), provide and verify CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List), and prepare all other necessary shipping documents.
Carrier Coordination: Manage and monitor shipping line accounts, coordinate vessel bookings, track container status, and settle shipping administration.
Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with shipping lines, Customs (Bea Cukai), and port authorities to ensure timely clearance and minimize operational risks.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Export-Import, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK.
Technical Skills: Proficient and up-to-date with the CEISA 4.0 system.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for international correspondence and documentation.
Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
