Job description for Customs Manager at Pt Adis Dimension Footwear
This is a full-time, on-site role based at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang. The role is responsible for managing customs activities while ensuring full compliance with customs regulations. As a leader, this position also oversees team performance, manpower and training planning, regulatory compliance reviews, and accurate daily and monthly stock mutation reporting to support audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in export-import, customs, customs clearance, or trade compliance, and a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team
- Must hold a valid PPJK License
- Good understanding of customs regulations, export-import procedures, licenses, customs clearance, shipment processes, and customs documentation
- Familiarity with and understanding of IT Inventory management, including daily and monthly stock mutation monitoring
- Strong leadership, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, with a strong compliance mindset and a high focus on data accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal parties, Customs Authority, and other related external parties
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong HSE awareness and willingness to comply with factory safety standards

- Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang
